PM Modi to Visit Four States, Announces 50 Projects Worth Rs. 50,000 Crores
NEW DELHI: On July 7 and July 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel through Chhattisgarh, UP, Telangana, and Rajasthan, where he will attend almost a dozen events in Raipur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Warangal, and Bikaner.
On his journey, the prime minister would dedicate and dedicate 50 projects totaling roughly Rs 50,000 crore. The PM will first visit in Raipur on July 7 where he will dedicate many projects and lay the foundation for several six-lane sections of the Raipur-Vishakhapatnam corridor. Before departing for Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, to attend a session at the Gita Press, he will address a public meeting in the city.
The PM will lay the foundation for the renovation of Gorakhpur railway station and flag off three Vande Bharat trains in Yogi Adityanath's hometown of Gorakhpur.
According to reports, the central government plans to launch a flurry of projects over the course of the next eight to nine months, beginning this week, to represent its success in quickening infrastructure growth throughout the nation. Additionally, it has been established that in the states with upcoming assembly elections, the emphasis will be on project completion and inauguration.
Moreover, the prime minister will spend the night in Varanasi, which is where he represents. In addition, he will open the four-lane-widening of National Highway 56, which runs between Varanasi and Jaunpur, and the new freight corridor between Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction and Son Nagar. The prime minister will lay the cornerstones for the renovation of the Manikarnika Ghat and the Harishchandra Ghat.
The foundation stones for the remaining 350 or so projects, totaling an investment of roughly 5.6 lakh crore, will be laid across states, while 560 projects, costing approximately Rs 7.6 lakh crore, will be inaugurated by February or March 2024.
On July 8, PM Modi will travel from Varanasi to Warangal in Telangana to formally lay the groundwork for a number of initiatives, including the four-laning of the Karimnagar-Warangal section of National Highway 563 and significant portions of the Nagpur-Vijayawada corridor. PM Modi will attend a public event in Warangal before travelling from there to Bikaner.
