NEW DELHI: The numbers just keep rising---from 7 million to now 10 million.
"Prime Minister Modi said we will have 10 million people to greet you. Here's my problem, we have a packed house. We have a lot of people, thousands of people who couldn't get in. It's going to look like peanuts from now on. I'll never be satisfied with the crowd if we have 10 million in India," the US President said during a campaign rally in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Trump while addressing the crowd spoke about his upcoming visit to India. US President Donald Trump is scheduled to come to India for a two-day official visit on February 24 and February 25.
"I hear they're going to have 10 million people. They say anywhere from six to 10 million people are going to be showing up along the route to one of the largest stadiums in the world, the largest cricket stadium in the world," he said.
Municipal Commissioner Vijay Mehra said that more than 1 lakh participants have already been confirmed for the 22 km roadshow.

Ahead of US President Donald Trump’s visit, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has served notices to families living in a slum area close to the newly-built Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera area.
Slum-dwellers and activists have questioned the timing of the decision as it is just ahead of the visit of US president.
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has also started building a 600-metre wall to obscure the Saraniyavas or Dev Saran slum which might fall on the route of the US President.
With US President Donald Trump scheduled to come to India for a two-day official visit on February 24, a lot of experts are trying to anticipate what the visit will mean for India.
Trump had said that he was interested in doing a big trade deal with India but he wasn’t sure if the deal could be done before the elections.
Last year, during a Houston event Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Donald Trump had shared the stage.
