Uttar Pradesh: Restaurant Names Italian Dish As 'Italian Rahul Gandhi'; INC Demands Apology

NEW DELHI: The Indian National Congress (INC) party, says they will demonstrate a protest after their party leader, Rahul Gandhi's name was seen to be misused on a menu card of a restaurant in Uttar Pradesh's Etawah region.

The restaurant which is located in the city's Civil Lines area delivers Italian food that includes Italian Pasta, Mexican Pasta and hangover pasta. All these food items are said to be listed under the category "Italian Rahul Gandhi".

A point to be noted is that Rahul Gandhi often goes to Italy for visiting his grandmother. Though, his abroad journeys have been cross-checked by the media, which gives the ruling BJP party a reason to criticize the Congress leader.

The office-bearers of the Etawah district Congress committee has warned to instigate a riot if the menu card isn't removed by the restaurant immediately and if the restaurant does not convey an apology by letter.

Meanwhile, the members of the committee had arrived at the collect orate and handed over a letter to the senior superintendent of the police, who assured to take strict measures.
