GUWAHATI, Sept 24: The kit launching function of the NorthEast United FC today turned out to be a flop show. John Abraham, the Bollywood star and the owner of the team, was forced to leave the place after the crowed had gone beyond control courtesy to the organizer of the event.

The second edition of the ISL will kick off in the first week of October. NEUFC, who made their pre-season camp in South Africa, returned to their home city to start the fil preparation for the meet. Although today's programme might not effect too much on their preparation but question would obviously now raised on the professiolism of the team.

The event was organized in the Reliance Trends shopping mall at Rukminigaon. The place was too small to organize such a glamorous event and the organizer least bother to restrict the entrance of crowed as they were busier with Abraham. When the programme started nearly one hour late the place was over crowded and the local media faced huge problems to cover the event. Although there was little protest from the media people but it was ignored.

John arrived on the dais with few of his team members that included local lad Alen Deuri, Simao Sabrosa, Nicolaz Velez, Aiborlang Khongjee and mager César Farías.

In a brief speech John said, "Although we had made a lot of mistake last year but had learnt many things from that. I am optimistic that this year NorthEast United FC will play good soccer. This season NEUFC collected few top players and it would also help us to perform well.'

Simao Sabrosa, the Portugal striker who represented clubs like FC Barcelo and Atletico Madrid said, "I am very happy to join NEUFC and the team is raring to go and win the tourment." It may be mentioned here that this time NEUFC had signed his as team's Marquee Player.

Thereafter it was the term of Alen to speak a few words. Allen, who is the youngest in the team, said that he wanted to score a lot of goals this season. "Yes I am hungry for the goal and I would try my best to score many-many goals in the coming championship."

The situation thereafter gone beyond control as crowed took the centre stage pushing the media person behind and as there was no security personnel to control the crowed the place turned out as a big fair. When media persons protested few persons, who are in the crowed, even tried to stch camera from them. The situation thereafter not fit to continue the event and John too left the place quietly. There was no communication from the NEUFC in this regard till the filling of this report.
