ITANAGAR, July 17: The team of Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) State office bearers led by President APYC Geli Ete, had a meeting with National president IYC, Keshav Chand Yadav along with secretary IYC, I/c Arunachal Pradesh Monalisha Banerjee, at Guwahati on Sunday last.
APYC general secretary, Jose Nabam Tana, submitted the activity report of APYC to the National President IYC in the meeting. Vice-president APYC Giogi Ganga in his speech appealed the Youth Congress members to gear up themselves for the forthcoming Assembly and General Elections and urge them work with more energy and enthusiasm for the greater interest of INC party in the State.
Geli Ete requested the national president IYC Keshav Chand Yadav to approve for expansion of State Office bearers to further strengthen the party organization and the National President IYC accepted his appeal.
Yadav in his address lauded the APYC for their various activities in Arunachal Pradesh and appealed the members to discharge their responsibility with sincerity and dedication to bring back the Congress party in the 2019 elections.
He also directed APYC to organize a State Level Youth Congress Convention-cum-Rally in the State at the earliest.
