Silchar: Barak Valley’s pride Swapan Kumar Sinha, an immensely talented individual in the field of art and sculpture has been honoured by the prestigious International Organization Art and Peace India (IOPSH), affiliated to the United Nations on Sunday at Karnal in Haryana. He was honoured at a function held at a posh hotel at Karnal. Artistes from across the world came to participate in it. The function was jointly organized by Chaudhury Art Trust, Karnal, Haryana.
