Free health checkup camp held

Dibrugarh, Jan 27: As part of Operation Sadbhava, a free medical, dental and eye checkup camp was conducted by Army Camp at village Matia Kha in Tinsukia today.  Apart from Army doctors, eye specialist and dentists, civil doctors and specialist of medical fraternity contributed their free services in the camp for benefit to the local populace.  A total of 783 patients attended the camp which included 174 cases of eye care and 72 cases of dental care patients and 547 general patients.  Free checkup, medicines and health tips were given to the patients.  Local populace expressing their gratitude to the Army hoped that such gesture would further strengthen the relation between Army and people of the area.
