Guidelines for voters in Panchayat Elections

Dibrugarh: The State Election Commission has issued certain guidelines prior to the Panchayat elections for the voters, and has appealed to the latter to abide by the same. Voters will be able to cast their vote from 7 am till 3 pm on December 5. Further, the voters, while coming to the voting centres, will have to carry their identity proof. The voters have also been asked not to use the vehicles sent to them by any candidate or by someone on the candidate’s behalf while going to the respective polling stations.
