Guwahati City FC’s summer camp kicks off

GUWAHATI, July 15:  The 10-day summer soccer camp, organized by Guwahati City FC in association with Shillong Lajong FC, got underway at Gauhati University playground on Saturday. Around 120 participants from different parts of the northeast and neighboring Bhutan have participated. Some footballers have come from Chattisgarh as well. AIFF ‘D’ license Coaches Vishal Pradhan and Ritupan Boro are supervising the camp.
 Former state goalkeeper Gobinda Boro formally iugurated the camp today. During his speech, Boro advised the players to be careful during training. “You must be disciple to be a good player. Besides, you must be very careful so that you don’t injure yourself during practice.” said Boro.
