ICFAI University releases new prospectus

SILCHAR, May 6: The Institute of Chartered Fincial Alysis of India (ICFAI) University, Tripura, which has achieved considerable growth during 2016-17 academic sessions, has released its prospectus for the year 2017 at a renowned hotel of this town today. Addressing the media-persons at the launch-cum-press conference, Biplab Halder, Pro-Vice Chancellor, ICFAI University, said, “Our aim is to provide the best of facilities to the students and towards the educatiol development of the society. The contribution of ICFAI is incomparable and unparallel. It is a non-profit educatiol institution which not only focuses on impartation of education but also on skill development and improvement of writing skills of the students.”

Biplab Halder further said that ICFAI aims to make a good citizen. “We impart education on value system. We do not charge any capitation money and charge only the fees written in the prospectus. There are many universities demanding a huge amount of money, but we do not adhere to such practices. Our campus is Wi-Fi ebled. We have modern classrooms, laboratories, workshops, enriched library, hostels, medical centre, gymsium, soccer field basketball court, 24 x 7 ambulance service and 24 hours power generator back-up. Our courses are job-oriented and we have 93% placement record in the department of Masters of Business Administration,” he added to say.

 It may be mentioned that very soon information centres of the University will be opened in Silchar. For that there is an urgent need of a room of 200 to 300 square metres. The University also provides for a legal aid clinic which is run by Tripura Legal Services Authority. The clinic provides legal aid and assistance on every Wednesday.
