ITAGAR, August 18: Isha Khosla, an IAS who hails from Delhi took charge as East Siang Deputy Commissioner today.
Khosla studied B.Com (Hons) from Atma Ram Satan Dharma College, Delhi University and company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
After gaining experience for five years as Comptroller Auditor General (CAG), Khosla was inducted to IAS in 2011 and served the people of Changlang as ADC. “Transparent and clean administration would be my priority and the town’s reputation would be safeguarded,” she assured in her first message and further hoped that with the co-operation and support from all she would be able to start/implement all upcoming government sponsored schemes and projects successfully in the district.
“Attention would be given to education, skill development and health” she stated as the new DC prioritized maintence of law and order, cleanliness and Dengue control to make township healthy to live in.
Meanwhile, Nidhi Srivastava after handing over her charges attended a farewell function convened by the officers of DC’s establishment headed by ADC Deepak Shinde. Srivastava had proceeded to Delhi today with her new assignment.
