National Seminar on ‘Cultural Heritage of Arunachal Pradesh’

RONO HILLS (DOIMUKH): The Arunachal Institute of Tribal Studies (AITS), Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, in collaboration with Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), National Museum of Mankind, Bhopal, organized a national seminar on ‘Cultural Heritage of Arunachal Pradesh’ here on Monday.

The programme was attended by Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University professor Saket Kushwaha as chief guest, Director of IGRMS Professor SK Chaudhuri, Professor AC Sinha, former Dean, School of Social Sciences, and North Eastern Hill University along with faculty members and scholars from various disciplines from within and outside the State.

Professor AC Sinha presented the keynote address on the theme “Arunachal Pradesh: Some Issues pertaining to Pre-history, History, Society, and Polity”.
