New Delhi: Not everybody would perhaps be able to skip shedding a tear once the picture of a policeman carrying the son of a martyr will come to the sight. The photo of a senior police officer carrying the 4-year-old son of inspector Arshad Khan who was killed in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag terror attack earlier this week has so much to tell, so much to feel.

The police officer in the photo is the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar Haseeb Mughal who, while carrying the little kid in his laps from the body of his martyred father, could not keep calm but breaks down into tears.

The kid, Uhbaan lost his father Arshad Khan who was killed in a terror attack in Anantnag on Sunday. Khan was one among the CRPF patrol team who were attacked by terrorists in Anantnag city. The attack killed five soldiers while Khan succumbed to his injuries in Delhi's AIIMS hospital on Sunday.

The kid, little does he know what has happened to his father and would he come back home ever, is seen looking back at the body of his father. Little does he know as to why his father his receiving such high honours from other police officers, little does he know that his father will forever be called a martyr from now.

The very sight of the police officer carrying the kid has put the social media on a standstill. Social media users have remained dumbstruck at such a painful sight of a kid just losing his father and a policeman finding it hard to handle the pain of the situation.

Reportedly, the security forces killed one of the two terrorists who had launched an attack on the CRPF team.

The martyred soldier, Mr Khan was posted as the Station House Officer (SHO) in Sadar police station in Anantnag town. Khan leaves behind his wife, two sons, parents and a younger brother.

Khan was a resident of the Srinagar city and had joined the state police in 2002.
