Prague, June 28: Portugal swept Germany and Sweden beat Denmark in the semi-fils of the European Under-21 Championship to set up a fil clash due on Tuesday.
Portugal humiliated Germany 5-0 on Saturday to reach their first fil since 1994, while Sweden eased past Denmark 4-1 to make it to their first fil since 1992, when they won the tourment, reports Xinhua.
Portugal went 3-0 ahead of Germany in the first half with goals from Berrdo Silva, Ricardo Pereira and Ivan Cavaleiro, while Joao Mario and Ricardo Horta rounded off the scoring in the second half. IANS
