Dibrugarh: Raising a Mathematician Foundation, a research not-for-profit organization, will be conducting a week-long residential training programme in Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir School at Bhayandar, Mumbai, for high school math enthusiasts.

The national-level training will be from May 19 to May 25, 2019. Aimed at inculcating research mentality in high school students with a keen interest in Mathematics, the organization will select 100 best minds from schools across India. Students from Class VIII-Class X will be mentored in differential mathematical applications that will develop an advanced-level of understanding in the subject.

The programme intends to break free from the conventional teaching methods and facilitate a learning process, where the children would look at the subject with a new perspective and dig deeper into it. There is a special selection process and selected candidates will be attending the training course for free.
