Shooting for Bodo film Gwthar begins at Serfanguri

Kokrajhar: Another Bodo feature film produced by RB Film Productions, Kokrajhar, will entertain cine lovers of the region. The mahurut of Gwthar took place at the Kali Temple in Serfanguri on Saturday while shooting for the film started from Sunday in Serfanguri.

RB Film Productions is owned and financed by Riya Brahma whose earlier films were very popular. Most of the shots of her films were taken in foreign countries, including European countries. A South Indian action director was brought in for her film Onnai last year.

The new film is being directed by Raja Narzary while the main actors are Lingsar Basumatary, Pooja Mashahary and Riya Brahma. Other actors include Thaklai, Rajarshi, Sukbir and Rajashree. Talking to reporters, the director of the film, Raja Narzary said the film was based on evil force or misadventure by certain people under the influence of superstition. He said the film would be released by August. He hoped that the film would be a grand success.
