Sniffing your partner’s sweating garments will reduce stress levels, a study has recently discovered. As per a study revealed in Birmingham Live, the smell of an individual’s partner’s sweat will sway be therapeutic. However, somebody else’s sweat could have an adverse impact on the individual. The findings showed that ladies feel calmer when being exposed to their male partner’s scent, lowering levels of the strain secretion adrenal cortical steroid.

The sample size of the study enclosed ninety-six opposite-sex couples.
