Tribute paid to Dhemaji blast victims

Dibrugarh, Aug 16: Rich tributes were paid to all the innocent children who were killed in Dhemaji district due to the bomb blast by ULFA on August 15, 2004. A condolence meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference room with Deputy Commissioner Laya Madduri in the chair. The District Development Commissioner, Jadav Saikia administered the oath of the day and observed one-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed souls.
