Juria: At least three people had been severely injured by a wild buffalo in Juria's Dhingborisapori area on Monday morning.
As per reports, a woman was attacked by the wild buffalo while she having her lunch.
The lady was then rushed to a nearby hospital for better treatment.
Also, a man identified as Abdul Sattar (47) was attacked by the same wild buffalo today morning. As per eyewitnesses, he was returning back from his work when he was banged by the wild animal.
Similarly, another four-year-old girl was attacked thereafter.
It may be mentioned that the above-mentioned lady was reported critical and she was shifted to Nagaon Civil Hospital for better treatment.
Local people suspected that the wild buffalo might have come out from Laokhowa Wildlife Sanctuary.
The incident had led to a sensation in the area.
Local people also blamed the forest officials for their alleged negligence in apprehending the wild buffalo.
