16 projects inaugurated at Khela by Wanglin Lowangdong

TIRAP: 57-Borduria-Bogapani MLA Wanglin Lowangdong in presence of Tirap DC PN Thungon, inaugurated 16 infrastructure projects in different villages on Thursday.

While inaugurating the projects, Lowangdong informed that altogether 16 projects has been formally inaugurated here at Khela and added that Sree Sree Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living Society has agreed in principle to run the EMRS at Khela very soon probably by the next academic session. Lowangdong while emphasizing about the importance of education said that the Navodya Vidyalaya at Kapu under 57-Borduria Bogapani constituency has been approved by government for which land survey has been earmarked by the Deputy Commissioner, Khonsa.

Meanwhile, Thungon informed that in view of the Assembly/parliamentary elections, all the gaon burahs of Tirap should issue instructions to gun owners to deposit their gun licenses in the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Judicial Branch).
