30-day training programme concludes at Itanagar

ITANAGAR: The 30-day training on Retail Sales Associates, implemented by the NGO 'Future Vision' and funded by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) held at Lower Dibang Valley district, concluded on Friday.

The skill training was imparted to 50 unemployed rural youths in two batches of Paglam village of the district with an objective to provide livelihood and income generation opportunities through placement in shopping malls and other business establishments.

The valedictory programme was attended by ZPC Roing, DDM NABARD, BM Apex bank, Chairman Future Vision and village heads of Paglam. Certificates were also distributed to the trainees on the occasion.
