AKDDSU demands Chief Minister Pema Khandu to complete construction soon

ITANAGAR: The All Kra Daadi District Students' Union (AKDDSU) has demanded Chief Minister Pema Khandu that the entire funding for the construction of new administrative infrastructure in Palin should be 'one-time funding' and it should be completed within 3 years.

The body also demanded the release of an official gazette deciding the future course of action for the standing infrastructures in Jamin and their purpose.

The AKDDSU has welcomed the decision to shift the district headquarters from Jamin to Palin.

Speaking to the media, AKDDSU president Pakyum Talop said that the union believes the decision to shift the district headquarters from Jamin to Palin is in the interest of the public of the district.

However, the State government should ensure that the infrastructure development in Palin should be completed within 3 years and the entire execution of work should be fast-tracked under the supervision of the Chief Ministers Office (CMO), Talop said.
