ITANAGAR: Hundred and twenty-one more people tested positive for COVID-19 in Arunachal Pradesh, pushing the total caseload in the north-eastern state to 52,165, a senior health department official said here on Sunday.
The death toll in the frontiers rate remained at 257, with no more death reported in the past 24 hours, State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa said. Among the fresh cases, 114 were detected through rapid antigen tests, 5 through RT-PCR and 2 through TrueNAT method, the SSO said adding, 52 people were with symptoms. The active cases in the State now stand at 1,382, he said.
