Arunachal Pradesh reports one COVID-19 case

ITANAGAR: Single-day recoveries outnumbered fresh COVID-19 cases in Arunachal Pradesh, as 19 more people recuperated from the disease on Sunday, while the north-eastern state recorded only one fresh case, a senior health official said here on Monday. The new case raised the coronavirus tally in the State to 55,155 and a total of 54,774 people recovered from the disease thus far, the official said.

The death toll in the frontier State remained at 280 as no casualty was reported in the past 24 hours, the SSO said. Arunachal Pradesh now has 101 active cases. State Immunization Officer Dr Dimong Padung informed that a total of 13,12,754 people have been inoculated so far in the State.
