Arunachal Pradesh RWD Minister Honchun Ngandam reviews PMGSY projects

ITANAGAR: A follow-up review meeting of Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) for Ziro and Itanagar circle was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Arunachal Pradesh RWD Minister Honchun Ngandam, in presence of RWD secretary and chief engineer PMGSY.

A series of rigorous state-level meetings were held from September 9 to November 2 last year and circle wise review meetings held on December 2, December 5 and December 16, an official communiqué informed here.

The minister took stock of the project wise progress of PMGSY under Papumpare, Lower Subansiri, Upper Subansiri, Kamle, Kra Daadi and Kurung Kumey districts during the meeting. Ngandam directed the field engineers to work out workable strategies in micro levels to complete all the pending PMGSY works before March 31 next, the communiqué added.
