Arunachal Pradesh Speaker & Minister meet jawans of ITBP at Lamang Post

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Pasang D Sona along with PHE Minister Wangki Lowang on Tuesday visited the 'Lamang Post -- the last Indian outpost along the Indo-China border near Mechukha in Shi-Yomi district of the State.

Both interacted with the ITBP jawans who briefed them about the road condition and other issues pertaining to development of the border outpost. They also stressed on coordination with the civil administration for addressing any issues. Earlier, Sona and Lowang also visited Yarlung outpost en-route Lamang and interacted with the ITBP personnel there. The Speaker and Minister were accompanied by Shi-Yomi DC, SP and other government officials.
