PASIGHAT: The Arunachal Pradesh Students' Union (AAPSU) led by Education Secretary Lobsang Tsering visited Government Primary School Koreng under Kebang circle in East Siang district along with CO Niyang Pertin and SMC members on Friday.
AAPSU team took stock of the problems being faced by the teachers and students of the institution.
During the interaction with teachers and students, it was established that the school is facing problems like no proper drinking water, toilet, shortage of desks and benches, no proper blackboard and many more.
"We strongly urged the State government to take serious note on it and keep the first priority on the education sector," said Lobsang Tsering Education secretary-AAPSU.
Meanwhile, the AAPSU team also donated some basic necessities materials for the school like three ceiling fans, electrical materials,15 bags of cement and 32 AC boards.
