Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsava: Bijli Mahotsav finale celebrated at Pasighat

PASIGHAT: The grand finale of Bijli Mahotsav, Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya Power @ 2047 as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsava addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi was witnessed and celebrated at Pasighat at DC Conference hall today virtually, as Pasighat and Namsai from Arunachal Pradesh were among the 100 cities of the country to be part of the national celebration event.

Addressing the gathering, Nodal Officer cum APEDA Project officer Kape Badak said that the weeklong Bijli Mahotsav celebration has been successfully completed in East Siang by conducting various activities with the active participation of the citizens and students and has helped create awareness of beneficiary schemes under the power sector, consumer awareness on electricity and helped the people know the giant strides made in the power sector in the country in the recent years.
