Balo Raja Inaugurates Panchayat Conference Hall at Palin

PALIN: Palin MLA Balo Raja appealed to the officers and officials of his constituency to remain at place posted for the better coordination among the public and development of the area in an inauguration programme of ‘Panchayat conference hall’ here on Sunday.

Raja was addressing the gathering of heads of departments (HODs) and former Panchayat Raj Institution (PRI) leaders, local leaders and general public on the occasion in Kra Daadi district.

He said that there have been lots of complaints about the absence of officials of various departments which hampers the developmental activities of the area.

Raja also directed the Deputy Commissioner to issue strict guidelines to the officials to maintain attendance. Kra Daadi DC Solung Miji in his address urged all officers and public leaders to maintain better coordination for smooth development of the district. He also directed the Panchayat department for better use of the conference hall.

“The fund for the construction of hall was given for best district in 2016-17, so the race should be maintained to bag the tag of best district again,” he said while appealing to all officials to maintain cleanliness in their respective offices.

The DC also highlighted various activities of the administration through a power-point presentation. On the occasion ‘Swachh Survekshan Grameen’ for Kra Daadi district was also launched by the dignitaries. SP Taru Gussar, other HODs, public and political leaders, GBs and general public were present on the occasion.
