DC Talo Potom asks Itanagar residents to vacate vulnerable areas

ITANAGAR: The District Magistrate-cum-Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Itanagar Capital Complex, Talo Potom has issued an order whereby he has asked residents of Itanagar to vacate vulnerable areas due to the strong likelihood of landslides/floods/road blockades occurring due to heavy rainfall.

According to a press release, the step has been advised to prevent loss of lives and properties.
