Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan launches Ayushman Bharat

Itanagar: The Ayushman Bharat Pakhwara Programme celebration from September 15 to 30 was launched by West Siang Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan on Tuesday at Govt New Market Secondary School, Aalo. District Medical Officer (DMO) Dr Moli Riba, District Family Welfare Offier (DFWO) Dr Tomar Kamki, Headmaster of the school Eken Bam and incharge deputy director of Women and Child Development department Bahi Koyu, were present on the occasion, an official release informed here. Koyu urged all the beneficiaries to immediately register their names for PM-JAY & CMAAY to avail maximum benefit from health insurance programme and elaborated on right eating habits and nutrition value.

Dr Moli Riba briefed on PM-JAY and CMAAY to the teaching staff, students and general public. Dr Tomar Kamki distributed WIFS tablet for students of Classes VI to Class-X, the release added.
