ITANAGAR: A daylong seminar on "Safety and Employment of Women through National Commission for Women and State Commissions for Women" was organized by the Ministry of Women & Child Development at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi recently. The Chairperson of Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) Radhilu Chai Techi and Member Techi Hunmai from the state attended the seminar. Representatives from all the State Commissions for Women participated in the day long programme. The seminar was organized to discuss topics to strengthen grievance Redressal mechanisms such as public complaints, cases of heinous crimes including acid attacks in collaboration with the National Commission for Women (NCW) and Supreme Council for Women (SCW).
