Health Minister Alo Libang inaugurated new District Hospital Building at Seppa

SEPPA: Minister for Health & Family Welfare Alo Libang along with legislator Tapuk Taku inaugurated the newly upgraded building of the District Hospital at Seppa on Thursday. Addressing the gathering, Libang said that each work executed by the Health Department is for the welfare of the public and not for publicity. Thus, the people should make the best use of all the facilities provided in the hospital, he said. He also said the department has been dedicatedly working for the improvement of the health sector in the State. He also assured to look into the matter concerning the need of doctors, equipment and medical staff of the district hospital.

Libang requested the doctors and the medical staff to be dedicated and punctual on duty. Doctors are believed to be next to god, therefore your service should be satisfactory to the public, he added.

Speaking to the reporters on the Coronavirus diseases (COVID-19), Libang said that the people of the State need not panic much on it as the department is taking all precautionary measures to prevent the spreading of the disease in the State.
