ITANAGAR: In view of the surge in COVID-19 cases after second the wave of pandemic hit the country, Health Minister Alo Libang along with Director TRIHMS Dr. Moji Jini and others inspected the Dedicated COVID-Hospital Chimpu to review the preparation on Monday.
Speaking to Media, Minister stated 'as we all know that second wave of COVID -19 has already hit the country, so we have to take extra precaution and to review the preparation, I along with team of Doctors and health experts are visiting the existing 40 bedded Dedicated COVID Hospital at MLA Apartment, Chimpu. TRIHMS Director Dr M Jini informed that the capacity of the existing 40-bedded COVID Hospital in Chimpu is being enhanced up to 160 beds to tackle any eventuality.
HOSPITAL INAUGURATED: Health Minister AloLibang on Monday inaugurated a new 30-bedded hospital at Basar-Nello under Sangdupota Circle of Papum Pare district in the presence of local MLA TanaHali. Speaking on the occasion Libang expressed hope that the new hospital will deliver service to the entire people of the Circle.
