Mitali Namchoom reviewed immunization status | meeting with District Task Force

ROING: Lower Dibang Valley Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mitali Namchoom reviewed the full immunization status at a meeting with the District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) to achieve 90% full immunization status by December 2020. Besides the immunization status in the district, the meeting also discussed the discrepancies in data, issues and corrective measures in improving the mission in the district.

"The Medical Officers (MO) have to ensure that children under their respective Community Health Centers (CHC) and Public Health Centre (PHC) do not miss out on their immunization schedules and vaccinations," she said.

Earlier, DMO Dr R Tatan briefed on the aims and objectives of the meeting and DRCHO Dr Raju Mena gave a presentation of 'Routine Immunization' in the district.
