ITANAGAR: Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Alo Libang said the motto of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was not to gain power but to work for the public, make changes and bring revolution in the State.
Libang said this while attending the concluding day of two-day executive meeting of BJP Minority Morcha at DK Convention centre here on Sunday. "Today our party is in power but it doesn't mean that we should forget our responsibilities. We should be polite while speaking to the public, one harsh word can impact the hard earned image of our party," he said. "We all are here for the betterment of State," he added.
He also advised the party workers to maintain discipline while working under the party. The meeting was also attended by MLA Jikke Tako, MLA Dasangla Pul, BJP vice-president Tarh Tarak, and national executive member of BJP Minority Morcha Jojo Jose.
