National Road Safety Month: Changlang District Police organized women's two-wheeler rally

CHANGLANG: As a part of National Road Safety Month, Changlang District Police in collaboration with District Administration and District Transport Office organized a women's two-wheeler rally under the theme 'Sadak Suraksha- Jeevan Suraksha' on Friday.

Women from different areas with their two-wheelers and gears participated in the rally. Addressing at the event, Changlang Superintendent of Police Mihin Gambo stated, "Women are most influential who can bring changes in society and family, so we have organized this rally for women so that message on road safety and discipline would be communicated to all sections."

The SP informed that an awareness campaign on road safety was also held with the bazar committee, students, and taxi drivers. He said the campaign was conducted to create awareness on how to ride, drive with discipline following all the traffic rules.
