Orientation Programme For Ministers, MLAs of Arunachal Pradesh

Itanagar: An orientation programme for ministers and MLAs of Arunachal Pradesh has been organized to keep them abrest with the parliamentary system and its functioning.

The two-day programme to be held at Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly is scheduled to be held on September 5 and 6 next, an official communique informed here on Monday.

The event has been jointly organised by the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training from the Lok Sabha secretariat under the union ministry of parliamentary Affairs and the state Legislative Assembly.

During the programme rules and procedure of legislative assembly and parliament would be taught to the lawmakers, the communique added.
