ITANAGAR: The state unit of 'Mission Modi again PM' has appealed to the officials, PRI leaders and respective constituency legislators, irrespective of party, to disburse benefits under Aatma Nirbhar Bharat to the eligible beneficiaries. The group also claimed that surplus money is being debited from the total medical expenditure cost from the CMAAY schemes. Addressing media persons at the press club here on Tuesday, the organization state president, Regen Lida said the organization had received complaints from the public about anomalies in the disbursement of the scheme.
He said that the actual beneficiaries were not receiving the benefits of the scheme but the family members of officers and legislators were being given priority.
"Around Rs 60 crore fund under the scheme has been provided to 60 constituencies of the state. Therefore, we have appealed to the minister concerned to look into the matter, which he has assured," he added. He also appealed to the public to inform about any kind of partiality in disbursement of funds so that the organization can take action on it.
