TIRAP: The government will take into consideration the point of view of the local people in the disputed areas along with the other issues to resolve the decade-old border dispute with neighbouring states. On Saturday, the Assam Regional Committee headed by Assam Border Protection and Development Minister Atul Bora along with the Regional Committee formed by Arunachal Pradesh government visited the disputed areas bordering Dibrugarh district of Assam and Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh as well as the Puberun Ghat, the ending boundary of Dihing-Patkai National Park.

"The 12 regional committees formed by the two states have already identified the disputed areas and the issue will be resolved through dialogue," said Minister Atul Bora before media persons.
