Arunachal Pradesh: On Sunday, October 24, MTV Supermodel of the Year Season 2 came to a close, with model Roshni Dada of Arunachal Pradesh taking home the title.

The former Miss Arunachal Pradesh defeated Eksha Subba of Sikkim and Swapna Priyadarshini of Odisha to win the crown. Malaika Arora, Milind Soman, Anusha Dandekar, and Masaba Gupta judged the models in the grand finale.

MTV Supermodel of the Year is an Indian reality television show that aired on MTV India on December 22, 2019. Several ladies compete for the title of Supermodel of the Year, which would provide them with the opportunities to begin a career in the modelling profession. This season's judges were Malaika Arora, Milind Soman, and Anusha Dandekar, all of whom are glamorous and successful in their own right.

Roshni won the championship despite coming from a traditional and patriarchal community, demonstrating that the most powerful power you can have is to be "Unapologetically Yourselves." The topic was brought to life in Supermodel of the Year 2, with the crucial message that it's time we stop humiliating ourselves for our choices and beliefs.

On Sunday, October 24, Roshni Dada was named the winner of MTV Supermodel of the Year Season 2. The 22-year-old model is a B.Sc Nursing student from Jeju Dada village in Arunachal Pradesh's East Kameng district. Roshni Dada spoke exclusively about her time on Supermodel of the Year 2, her favourite moments from the programme, and her future ambitions.

The other finalist of the show Iksha Subba hails from Sikkim North East. Eksha Hang Subba alias Iksha Kerung is a police officer, a motorcyclist, and a boxer, but her greatest ambition is to become a supermodel and show the world that women can accomplish anything. She was declared the 1st runner up after Odisha's Swapna Priyadarshini.
