Itanagar: Tawang district administration on Tuesday conducted the 9th round of Sarkar Aapke Dwar (Jan Sunwai Camp) at Sagkyur village under Lungla sub division, which was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Tawang Lobsang Tsering in Presence of Lungla ADC R D Thungon, EAC Tashi Dondup and other officers. In the camp, 84 year old Kota Lama registered his marriage stating that one should avail this kind of facility being provided by the government for the villagers at their doorstep. Kota Lama is presently serving as Head Gaon Burah and he wants to inspire other villagers and to make them aware of importance of these documents. The villagers of Thrillam, Gomkang Nah, Sagkyur and adjoining areas were benefited from the camp. Tawang ADC distributed vegetable seeds, and water pipes to the beneficiaries.

The villagers also availed facility of registration under social security schemes like PMJJY, Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, personal accident insurance, opening of bank account for availing old age pension and other government benefits, an official report informed.
