Warm Reception To Assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona At Mechuka

MECHUKA: Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona was accorded a warm reception at Mechuka on Saturday on his arrival from Itanagar. After assuming the Legislative Assembly Speaker post, Sona is on his first official visit to his home constituency. He is representing Mechuka (ST) Assembly Constituency for third consecutive terms.

ADC Mechuka M. Komut along with SP Shi-Yomi district, gaonburahs, students and general public received Sona at Gandhi Market Chorten Point here. The Speaker interacted with the public. Later, he was given a guard of honor by the district police. Sona will be hoisting the national flag at Tato, which is the headquarter of the newly created Shi-Yomi district on August 15.
