10th Standard Girl Student In Tinsukia Collapses During Exam, Dies

Guwahati: A 10th standard girl student of Saumarjyoti Vidyalaya in Tinsukia collapsed on Saturday during a class test.

The girl has been identified as Bipanshi Barbie Gogoi was resident of Jyoti Nagar in Makum junction under Tinsukia district.

As per the school, she fell unconscious inside the examination hall while writing her test.

Subsequently, school authorities immediately about the same to her parents and shifted her to Lifeline Hospital in Tinsukia town.

Later, she was shifted to RC Memorial Hospital, where she was declared brought dead by the doctors.

However, it is yet to ascertain the cause of death.

After the death, her mortal remains were taken to the Tinsukia Civil Hospital for a post mortem on the direction of RC Memorial Hospital.
