BARPETA: In Barpeta district, total 196 people tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday and 10 succumbed to the virus.
Till date, total 83 persons have died of COVID in Barpeta district and 5,327 people have tested positive. On Friday, 172 people were discharged after recovery. Again, the number of active cases is 2,082.
