27 more test COVID-19 positive in Kokrajhar; taking total tally 345

KOKRAJHAR: In an increasing curve, 27 more persons have tested COVID-19 positive, including 12 jail inmates and three each from hot spot Dalgaon and Balaknagar of Gossaigaon. The total number of cases has gone up to 345 in the district.

The persons who have tested COVID-19 positive in Kokrajhar district are-Kamaleswar Sarma (56), Lankeswar Das (58), Dudhnath Ray (58), Haripad Das (56), Bharat Chandra Deka (57), Hamid Ali (35), Pramad Mazumdar (48), Purnima Basumatary (34), Ramani Chandra Haloi (56), Malin Chandra Ray (56), Dhanesulav Basumatary (57) and Brajendra Basumatary (57), all from Kokrajhar jail, Sabij Das (25) of Balaknagar, Manu Kalita (20) of Reserve Police, Ramji Prasad (50) of Bogribari PS, Janali Adhikari (45) and Jupitara Ray (20), both from Baldiabathan, Tufani Paul (26), Asha Devi (52) and Soma Paul (32), all from Dalgaon, Tushar Pandit (18) and Mahanlal Saha (57), both from Balaknagar, Siksha Paul (16) of Gossaigaon Ward No 2, Nayanjyoti Singha (26) of Rajapara, Gossaigaon, Subhash Paul (51) of Gossaigaon Ward No 2, Sahdul Ali (6) of Kurshakati and Rupa Paul (35) of Gossaigaon Ward No 2.
