30th Sepon Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmillan concludes

DEMOW: The 30th Sepon Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmillan started in the Borbihuwa Damchao Hem Buragohain Kshetra, Sepon College Playground from May 3 for three days. The programme started with flag hoisting which was followed by Swahid Tarpan and saplings plantation. The Sahitya Competition, All Assam Basis Husori Bihu and Bor Bihuwati Competitions were organized on May 3. The Husori Bihu Final Competition was organized on May 4. The cultural evening was organized on May 4 in the memory of Late Bhuban Chandra Handique who was the former Chief Advisor of Sepon Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmillan as well as an educationist. Popular singers Sankuraj Konwar, Moitri Pator and Asujya Borpatra performed on May 4 night. The winners of different competitions were given prizes. The dignitaries from various places were present in the programme. Zubeen Garg and Popular Singer Deeplina Deka performed at the cultural evening on Friday night.
