34 COVID-19 cases detected in Sonitpur District

TEZPUR: One more person died due to COVID-19 and 34 fresh COVID-19 cases were detected in Sonitpur District on Monday. Out of the 34 fresh cases, 33 cases were detected from RAT and 1 from RT-PCR. The death toll in the district during the second wave of the pandemic now stands at 230. Altogether 5,645 tests were done across the district on Monday, out of which 5,386 were RAT and rest RT-PCR.
