42nd death anniversary of trade union leader Priya Gupta observed across India

BONGAIGAON: The 42nd death anniversary of trade union leader Priya Gupta was observed throughout India. In Bongaigaon also, it is observed by the North East Frontier Railway Mazdoor Union.

All branches, including Bongaigaon, New Bongaigaon Workshop, New Bongaigaon BG and New Bongaigaon Running hoisted the red flag and paid floral tribute to the legendary leader. The Bhagavad Gita was recited in Bongaigaon and Workshop branch offices. Lunch packets to the poor and needy people and to missionary home in Bongaigaon were distributed.
