5 Arrested For Attacking Police In Assam's Dhubri District

Dhubri: Dhubri police with the help Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Monday conducted a joint operation arrested five persons, who had attacked the police team.

As per the reports, the police team had gone to the Adabari area in the district to investigate a case, where the team was attacked by some miscreants.

The miscreants attacked the police team with sharp weapons and also damaged their vehicles.

After this, the police with the help of CRPF launched an operation against them and arrested five miscreants for attacking them.

The police also recovered sharp weapons, including machetes from the spot.

The police took them to the station for further investigation.
